1. Who we are

CircuitKitchen is operated by Technology Kitchen Corporation. For privacy questions or requests, use the Contact page and choose Privacy request.

2. Calculator inputs

Resistance values, color selections, and SMD markings are processed in your browser. The calculators do not send these inputs or results to our application server or store them in our database. You can use the calculators without an account.

3. Anonymous feedback

If you submit product feedback, we store your message, the name of the corresponding calculator page, submission time, and review status in a private owner dashboard. The form does not request your name or email address. Please do not include personal, sensitive, or confidential information. Feedback is not a reply channel; use Contact when you need a response.

4. Contact messages

The Contact form stores the category, reply email address, message, submission time, and status in a separate owner-only inbox. We use this information to respond and handle requests. The form does not attach your calculator inputs or results. A hidden spam field and a temporary submission limit help reduce automated abuse. We schedule contact messages for deletion 180 days after submission; expired records are removed on the next submission or inbox visit.

5. Hosting and security

OpenAI ChatGPT Sites and supporting Cloudflare infrastructure deliver and protect the website. They may process ordinary technical information such as IP addresses, browser details, requested pages, timestamps, and security events under their own policies. The site operator uses a sign-in session to access its private dashboard.

6. Google Analytics and cookies

We use Google Analytics to understand page views and site usage. Google may receive page URLs, interactions, timestamps, approximate location, and browser or device information, and may use cookies or similar technologies according to its settings and your choices. We use reports to improve the site. We do not intentionally send calculator inputs, feedback text, contact messages, or reply addresses to Analytics.

7. Advertising

CircuitKitchen does not currently display Google AdSense ads. If ads are enabled, we will update this policy and provide any required consent controls. Advertising partners, including Google, may then use cookies or other identifiers to serve, measure, and protect ads. Personalized ads may reflect prior visits to this or other sites; you can review settings in My Ad Center. Advertising partners will not receive calculator inputs or contact and feedback message text from us.

8. Retention and sharing

Contact records are scheduled for deletion after 180 days. Anonymous feedback is kept while useful for evaluating the calculators and can be deleted by the site operator. Hosting and analytics providers retain information according to their own policies. We do not sell contact messages or feedback. We share information with service providers as needed to operate the site, respond to requests, and meet legal obligations.

9. Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, or deletion of personal information, or to object to certain uses. Use the Contact page for requests. Because anonymous feedback is not linked to an identity, identifying a particular submission may require its approximate time and distinctive wording.

10. Changes

We may revise this policy when the site's features, providers, or practices change. We will update the effective date above and provide additional notice when appropriate.
